This November, we stand behind Bradley Heron, a former Parachute Regiment Corporal, who has set himself a challenge to run the entire length of the UK from John O' Groats to Land's End in just 20 days, covering 860 miles while wearing a 15kg weighted vest and carrying a 5kg day sack with water and provisions.
Why the vest? The vest represents the invisible weight many men carry every day. After leaving the military, Bradley faced silent battles with mental health and now he is running to break that silence proving that real strength is having the courage to speak up.
Bradley calls this mission 'The Weight We Carry'. His goal? Raise awareness, encourage conversations and show that no one has to go it alone. | | How you can help... Donate to Bradley's campaign-Share his story-Start a conversation about men's mental health -Join Bradley for a few miles, in person or in spirit along the wayBradley is showing true Maverick spirit, selfless courage and a desire to push beyond the boundaries to create awareness about a problem that isn't just his, it's all of ours. Thanks for being part of the Maverick community that stands up, speaks out, and supports each other. | | Roger Green Founder NITE Watches | | NITE Watches Unit 14 Silver Business Park, Airfield Way, Christchurch, Dorset BH23 3TA United Kingdom | | | | |
