Recently Carl took on Austria’s legendary Donnerkogel.
There are adventures, and then there are adventures that demand everything you’ve got. Taking on the famous Via Ferrata Klettersteig am Donnerkogel in the Austrian Alps, a spectacular route of exposed rock, vertical climbs and breathtaking views.

The Goal? Summit Großer Donnerkogel, standing at 2,054 metres.
With steel cables, ladders and exposed sections carved into the mountainside, the Donnerkogel Klettersteig is not for the faint-hearted.
It’s a test of nerve, strength and concentration, with the Austrian Alps stretching out below.
On his wrist? The NITE Hawk. Built for demanding conditions, designed to keep performing no matter the altitude and clearly visible in low light, powered continuously by Tritium Illumination. From the valley floor to 2,054 metres above sea level, the Hawk was there for every step, climb and summit.
