Additional Sustainability Practices -Spyder is currently working to reduce hangtags and packaging to a single insert hangtag. Our future goal is to eliminate hangtags completely by moving to a screen print in the garment to provide all hangtag information. -GORE-TEX 2-Layer jackets utilize a DWR treatment (Durable Water Repellent) free of PFCEC while keeping Gore´s GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY® brand promise. -The THINSULATE™ materials we use contain 50% recycled polyester fibers from post-consumer waste. -Some of our garments are colored by using a waterless dying process and we plan to continue to make strides and use this process in additional garments moving forward.
