Spirituality in Design

Furniture designer Christophe Delcourt's attraction to raw materials is inspired by organic textures, and extends to the spiritual relationship between the user, space and object.

Rōzu

Charlotte Perriand started building her own small cabin in the French ski village of Méribel in 1960. Inspired by Perriand and her work, Aēsop created Rōzu, a fragrance which captures Perriand's love of the mountains, pine trees, snow and fresh air.

A Local Legacy

 

The UK's legacy of racism and slavery is often left obscured or undisclosed, but much of Bristol's Georgian architecture was funded by income generated from the slave trade. A few miles up the River Avon, the fashionable Georgian city of Bath was also flooded with wealth earned from slavery.
