Ski season is around the corner.
| Seeking solace in the mountains while our world is in flux... Six months ago, our coveted ski season was cut short because...well, we all know why. Good news, though, we're getting another go! The 2020/2021 European ski season is looking pretty safe, with ski areas performing all the necessary precautions to welcome us back safely this winter. And to top it off, it seems like we're in for a dreamy few months with snow already (generously) covering some of our beloved peaks. >From Solden to Verbier to Val Gardena, pretty much all our favorite ski areas have given us the green light to confirm that they are open for business this winter. Some earlier, like our friends at Saas-Fee that kicked off the season as early as July (glacier), and some later - looking at you Garmisch, that confirmed to have slopes nicely prepped and ready by December 12. We at Spyder are ready, adjusting to the new normal while anxiously awaiting the return of the season. With every aspect of our lives turned upside down, one thing is for sure; winter is coming! | | Kaprun - October 3 (estimated) Kitzbühel - October 19 (estimated) Solden - November 13 (estimated) Ischgl - November 26 Lech - November 30 St. Anton - December 1 (estimated) | | Madonna di Campiglio - October 21 Breuil-Cervinia - October 27 (estimated) Cortina D'Ampezzo - November 14 Courmayeur - November 30 Val Gardena - December 4 Sestriere - December 7 | | St. Moritz October 27 (estimated) Gstaad - October 28 Saas Fee - Open (glacier).
