Based out of Åre, Sweden, the athletes taking part in this weekends Swedeman Xtreme Triathlon will encounter undercurrents and temperature changes to keep them alert and on their toes! 3.8 kilometers in Öster-Noren, finishing under Sweden's largest waterfall with an average water temperature of around 13 degrees Celsius.
On to the bike for 205 kilometers along an incredible course with hill after hill after hill, totalling nearly 2500m of ascent. With spectators along the course very likely to include large wildlife including reindeer and moose!
Finally taking on the mighty Åreskutan during the 43km run of 99% trails.
