Let the good times roll in Ballarat

A TIME FOR CELEBRATION Christmas is a time for celebration, and boy, do we have some things to celebrate.  It has been a massive year, what with moving and building the new workshop, finding (and training) new team members, settling in to our new city… The list is long. We are now up and running in Ballarat with our new workshop space (our mates at The Design Files even came and visited and wrote about it: click here to have a read). Our brand-new shop front in Ballarat will open it's doors this Thursday! To celebrate all things new and exciting we thought we'd try something a bit different. We are offering a limited edition run of our Weekender bag. LIMITED EDITION WEEKENDER BAG We are always striving to make our products more accessible and more affordable without compromising on process or quality. So we thought if we could get a few of you together to order a batch of Weekender bags, we would be able to produce them more efficiently compared to making them one at a time. If we save, so do you. Orders are open until Sunday 2nd December. We will then make them up as a batch and ship them out before Christmas. Sounds like a plan, right? SHOP IN THE RAT (BALLARAT) Our Ballarat shop will be open Thursdays and Fridays in the lead up to Christmas.  We will have a selection of bags, aprons, belts, baby boots, and some of our Veldtschoen shoes (namely Wilson and Penny) available to try on. Our full range of footwear will follow next year. We are really excited to share the new space with you all. Ballarat is only a little over an hour from Melbourne, and it's in the middle of the great Central Highlands area. It's well worth a day trip! We are aiming to open the shop again after Christmas, but more on that later. THE BIG DESIGN MARKET MELBOURNE We will be at The Big Design Market again this year (Friday 30/11 – Sunday 2/12). Unfortunately both of our shops (Ballarat and Prahran) will be closed that weekend due to us not having the team required to man all locations. Use it as a good excuse to come and check out the beautiful Royal Exhibition Building and all of the amazing designers showing their wares. What better way to support local businesses at Christmas?
