| The Warmest Gear for the Coldest Month of the Year Spyder Global HQ in Boulder, Colorado may get 300 days of sunshine a year, but that doesn't stop the state we call home at Spyder from having frigid days. Our neighbours of Fraser, CO near Winter Park Resort, are, well...freezing. An average year round temperature of 0 °C means the good people of Fraser know what frigid temps feel like. Furthermore, Fraser is recognized as one of the coldest incorporated towns in the mainland US.
225km Southwest of Denver, three of Colorado's tallest peaks, which stretch upwards of 4km in height. Between them is Antero Reservoir which recorded 2 consecutive days of a frigid -44 °C in early January. The "-" isn't a typo.
All this is to say that we've grown accustomed to the coldest month in the Western US thanks to the gear we have to keep us warm, and figured we should clue you in on it too.
