Design by Salvador Dalí

Leda Low Table Sculpture

Bringing Salvador Dalí's surrealist imaginings to life, the design replicates his 1935 painting "Femme à la Tête Rose" (woman with a head of roses). The Leda Table was re-imagined and brought to life by sculptor Joaquim Camps who created a tangible, usable piece of furniture and work of art. This arresting table stands upon a graceful human-inspired form. A limb stretches up to support the table with a hand and is met by a graceful leg, with its knee appearing to carry the weight of the table top. Read More

Xai

The Xai side tables were created by designer Oscar Tusquets Blanca referencing an image of a lamb with a telephone balanced on its spine and sliding storage in its stomach from Salvador Dalí's 1942 painting Interpretation Project for a Stable-Library. The tables were created from taxidermy lambs by attaching a circular wooden surface onto their backs and inserting a drawer that opens from one side of their abdomens. Hooves have been replaced with decorative rococo bronze feet. The limited-edition set includes 20 white lambs and one unique black piece. Read More

Standing as an impressive centrepiece it delivers a stylish focal point with the three fin-like legs appearing to be in motion and register as gradients on the gently undulating tabletop.
